A fixed rate site means that you pay a fixed charge for a specific number of

pages.  You can have as much content on those pages as you like, we do

not impose a limit.  When we charge you for time worked it is by an agreed

billed periodically.  This arrangement is often ideal for people who have

regular, but infrequent updates to their site, or simply don’t wish to do the

work themselves.  A site which requires a fair amount of maintenance may

benefit from a fixed fee maintenance package payable quarterly and subject

to agreement.  This means that you pay one set fee for a specific length of

time and can have as many updates as required without incurring further

costs.  Site updates are usually attended to within 48 hours of being

received subject to our workload.  If you take over the maintenance of the

site you must acknowledge copyright to Gozo Web Design and this must

not be removed from the site.

Once work on the site has been completed it will be uploaded to your

hosting server and be available to the public.  If you wish to maintain your

own site a copy will be made onto a  DVD and posted to you.  If we

maintain the site on your behalf we will be custodian of the files and

subsequent updates.

client, all design elements of the

website, ie graphics,

copyrighted to Gozo Web Design. 

You must not transfer the design

to another web design company

as this would infringe the design

yes you can!  by sending your

new site content electronically. 

So text and images (re-sized if

necessary) so we avoid having to

retype pages of hard copy and

scan photographs all helps to

keep the cost down.

when you, as the client supply all

the text, images, and other

content, and approve the design,

we can normally produce the new

site within 7-10 days.  This is an

average time for an

‘uncomplicated’ project.  Larger,

more involved sites will take

longer.
