domain name registration - this is the
name by which you want your site to be
known by, that is the www.name.com
Clients will need to choose and
purchase a domain name; these cost
around €12 - €25 every two years
depending on the type of domain name
you have; for instance .com or .org or
.eu (there are many others). We always
ask our clients to purchase their own
domain name, this is so they own the
name legally.
hosting - once your website is
completed it will need to be published
through a hosting provider. Clients
need to do this themselves although we
will advise on the process itself and can
suggest companies that we know and
trust. When suitable hosting has been
purchased we will upload the website
for you using the name and password
supplied to you by the hosting
company..
